To bad you'll only see the top part of the wall.

Even though 'no rentals are allowed', we've let some birds keep their nest. Hey, construction isn't cheap! We need the income.

This is the underdeck area. We blocked out this area to keep water from running between the stucco and sheathing.

The columns were a bit more work since they don't appear false anymore.

It looks a little better with the blocking in place.
